Life On Mars

I wonder what life would be like on Mars. Would there be convenience stores selling Mars bars and little green martians going and buying Mars bars? I don't think there would be convenience stores selling Mars bars and there can't be little green martians and here's why.

The Martians would breathe 95% carbon dioxide, 2.7% nitrogen, 1.6% argon, 0.2% oxygen, and trace amounts of water vapour, carbon monoxide and other noble gases.

Mars has short hot summers and long cold winters. The martians would have to be cold blooded.

The temperature changes 100 °C daily. These extreme changes cause very strong winds that stir up the surface dust. Meaning the martians would breathe the dust. I don't think anything could live in that environment.
